What can I say, Jay at Duct Pro is exactly that. My cold air return was a mess and these folks came in and told it to me straight. While we wanted to solve blowing basement air into our living space Jay was just a concerned with proper air movement into the unit to preserve the life of our investment. This company is incredibly fast and efficient. First and foremost, Jay, the owner is a master at fabricating ducting custom to the job. I watched him cut, bend, attach and tape all the ductwork for my a/c install in my driveway like a scientist and then his crew installed it to precision in my insanely hot attic.
