100% recommend them! Jordan and Shane came out as part of a resolution towards an ongoing issue with our apartment complex. They came close to their estimated arrival time and were very efficient getting our ducts cleared with little to no inconvenience on me working from home. I really appreciated how friendly they were, explained everything they were doing and what they saw so we could be better informed, and took a lot of pride in doing a good job. Before they left, they said they’d let our complex’s maintenance supervisor know how long overdue our duct cleaning was. While I don’t think our complex will change their behavior off this and get the ducts cleaned more regularly, I appreciate knowing that this company advocates for the residents’ (regardless if the own the property or not) h
