Thorough, professional, and genuinely impressive service. DUCTZ did an outstanding job at our home — they cleaned the ducts across two full HVAC systems and tackled our dryer vent as well. The team was exceptionally respectful of our home throughout the entire job. What really stood out was their attention to detail. During the service, they discovered that the humidifier on our duct had been improperly installed — the line had never been punched through, meaning our humidifier had been completely non-functional for four years without us ever knowing. That kind of find-it-and-flag-it thoroughness is exactly what you hope for but rarely get. If you're in Monmouth County and want a crew that actually knows what they're looking at and takes the time to do the job right, DUCTZ is the call.

I could not recommend DUCTZ more for their HVAC vent cleaning service, their answering service took my information on a Saturday morning and I got a call back from the owner the very same day. He explained everything in detail and worked around my schedule to set up service less than a week later. They arrived 5 minutes before the appointment and explained everything they were going to do in person. They are careful and place protective coverings to make sure they do not damage any furniture/walls/etc. They have an online portal and provide before/after pictures which show a service was actually provided. I got several estimates and they are very reasonably priced, 10 out of 10 experience.

The Ductz crew was extremely professional from the start. They arrived on time and finished within the timeframe they gave us. They were completely thorough going through each and every duct(23 in total), took pictures and shared them with me showing all current and potential issues. The entire team was friendly and respectful our us and our home. They were very neat, clean and work with us having a full house and three dogs to jockey around. We also had them clean out out dryer vent. In the process they cleaned out the dryer! We have never had any other contractor do that for us. In addition they vacuum up the entire utility room behind the furnace, hot water heater, dryer and washing machine. We are very impressed with DUCTZ and will use them in the future as well as highly recommen

I am very pleased with the work performed by Ductz. I had their crew clean our dryer vent and HVAC duct systems. The crew was courteous, clean and even wore booties over their shoes when they worked in the house. There may be companies that will do the same job for a lower price but I don't think (no I know) they won't do as thorough a cleaning job of the HVAC system, duct work and vents as Ductz did. The house even smelled nicer when they left.
