Had an issue with my new Goodman furnace. It had a manufacturing issue and JT found the problem in around two minutes. He is a rock star and Duden and Silver is my go to place now.

Alan went above and beyond with answering questions, ensuring that our home was comfortable during the installation as we have an infant by providing additional portable equipment free of charge, and even coming on a Sunday afternoon to finalize the installation. I don’t think I can give enough praise and appreciation to Duden and Silver! Every time I call with an issue they call me back right away and come out to service the issue the same day.
