Unit 27 hit me on Juan Tabo and failed to stop. When calling in to get more information Michelle who answered lied to me about contacting the owner and refused to give me the drivers information. A police report has been made. Don’t hire this unprofessional business. Not only was his driving absolutely horrid so was the customer service. I can’t imagine how they have any business acting rude and driving reckless!
Donovan and Brian were excellent. Showed up early for a significant water heater/mains feed plumbing overhaul (my lord what a mess we had). Donovan and Brian wasted no time and got straight to it; the entire job was done within a day. The quality of the work and professionalism of these two gentlemen cannot be understated. Thank you!!! Ref: pictures are before and after.
Water Heater replacement was done but technician removed my connection for my A/C unit. He promised to come back to fix and never did. I called office and was promised a follow up and never got one. I paid over $3000.00 for my water heater to be replaced and they can't even follow up. Very disappointed. Will not be using this company again. Has gone downhill since they changed the name to Day and Night Plumbing :(
I used this company to Install my gas line. They kept asking for payment before services were complete. Upon completion of the install they could not figure out how to start my furnace. This is a courtesy service, but I had concerns because of the installers lack of knowledge. I told the company staff I wanted to call my builder prior to paying off the remaining balance which was only 15% of the total balance. The billing department and installer began threating me. They threatened to take me to court and file a lien immediately. They did not want to give me 5 minutes to call my builder. Instead they wasted 40 minutes of my time and theirs with put downs and threats. The day after install I had a gas emergency and discovered the line was not installed correctly!!! This put my family and
Had two other reputable HVAC companies diagnose the refrigerated air unit that was blowing out heat while running in cool. Both said I needed to replace the condenser and the furnace for $17,000. The technician with Duke City Services listened to my issues and stayed until my unit was fixed (replaced the capacitor and adjusted the thermostat wires) both the other companies failed to check. If any other technician showed up at my door I would of been out $17,000. I will not go to anyone else in Albuquerque. Thankful for their services.
