Duke Energy Florence Operations

First of all it's hard to speak to anyone there and getting information is a challenge. My concern is I had an account and someone went and got one put in there name and got it the same day I had made a payment. Now he has parked a camper in the driveway and hooked it up illegally with the power cord running across the ground with splices. I have already seen it smoking and the breaker box is wide open with wires hanging out and the rain just pouring in. They have been taking my payment and adding it to their account and have turned off the power to my room and I am 71 years old and handicapped. Somebody is going to be in for a lawsuit if they don't get this resolved. It's the 2 nd time that has happened

There's no office, just electronic gates!! I could not pay my bill. I had to go to Walmart to pay.

This currently what is in my yard and still hasn’t been buried. This is unsafe and I have 4 children. This should have been fixed back in April when it was first reported but the guys were too busy in their phone. They bent my fence and did not offer to replace it. Very unprofessional.

I want my bill lowered or I'm going to the news media because my bill keeps going up every month and I'm not using that much energy this did not start until the new year started now all of a sudden my bill skyrocketed 👎
