There are many spaces and lots of available open spaces. Each space seems smaller than a standard size parking space but I get as they need to cram as many cars in as possible. This is the first time I encountered a parking garage with lights on the ceiling indicating a free space, awesome, cut down my frustration of just driving around aimlessly until I found one.

Wow, an amazing parking garage. It has everything a person can use in a place to park their vehicle while attending a medical appointment. Could do with bigger signs but that is just not picking

Easy to access. Stays rather full during the day but have always been able to find spaces available. You do pay for the amount of time you are there.

If you come to Duke enough you know how parking garages are.....crowded and people do NOT know how to park on lower levels. My suggestion because this is what I always do...go to levels 4 or 5. So much better. Might I add the view from level 5 is amazing!! You can see Duke Chapel. And if you have a late appointment especially in the fall or winter when it gets dark early, sunsets can be spectacular up there. Just my opinion but I frequent this parking garage quite a bit as a patient. Hope this helps someone. They do also have Valet Parking here at this location as well. You must enter the hospital by going down to level 1 on the elevator to be screened at the door. Everyone at Duke is so friendly though it's a breeze.
