Installation: Seams, where, I cant find a one and I occasionally watched them, just to learn how it is done. 4. Customer Service: If this was judged on CS, I should have paid more. They are real people who care about you. You call, they know you without giving your name, CRAZY. They are not my friends, but they make me feel that way by their genuine kindness. You cannot put a price on it. I have their names, but will only share Willey and Kimberly. Superior performance, unmatched but any other traced I have experience. Yes I highly endorse Duke's Carpet for your needs.

My wife and I typically do not write or give ratings for anything, however, we are making an exception in this case, because the experience with Duke’s Coastal Flooring was so exceptional. They provided and installed flooring and bathroom shower tiles for our entire new home. David and Kimberly provided terrific counsel when we were trying to make our choices, and seemed to understand our tastes perfectly. They were so pleasant and patient with us, and the finished product is representative of a perfect collaboration. We will never use anyone else but them for future projects.

We contacted Duke’s Coastal Flooring about installing tile on a patio for us. Kimberly was very helpful in choosing tile style and color. Mike came to our home promptly and gave us an estimate and suggestions. Our project was completed this week and Reuben did a great job on the installation. He was professional, courteous and left everything neat and clean. Our patio looks great! We would recommend Duke’s to anyone looking for flooring .

As the saying goes say "trust is earned." We had an exceptional experience with Brenda as we made selections for our coastal cottage. Now we are here, Brenda and Mary have been incredible in customer service delivery as we continue to now select area rugs and runners for our new home. I cannot say enough about them both.
