Always friendly and helpful, cannot recommend them enough. Just a DIYer that often has no idea what he is doing but they have always explained what I needed and helped in any way possible. They seem to be the same price or less than big box stores so worth going to see them.

Bought over 5000 dollars of Dorplex door from this company. Last door I bought will be the last. I ordered a door with a mail slot and was shipped with a bronze mail slot for a door with black glass, handle and sill. After waiting weeks for a new one I went to install it and the hole was cut to small. After sending in a service and waiting weeks more. I have been told there is nothing they or Dorplex will door. I have been told to fix it myself. Will never shop there as I am in business and would NEVER treat a client this way
