We got estimates for reroofing our home from three companies. All were close in price, but the Dunbar estimate was the most detailed and informative, and Matt Dunbar was very responsive to our questions. Taking off an old roof is a messy, dirty job, especially on an old house like ours with 85 year old cedar shake under the 25 year old asphalt roof tiles. Dunbar’s crew did a remarkable job stripping the old roof, installing new plywood and reroofing with new asphalt roof tiles.. The job involved two large skips and a huge amount of clean up. The Dunbar crew was extremely hard-working and did a great job. They worked fast and for long hours to get the work done in as short a time as possible. Overall we are very pleased with the work of Dunbar Roofing.

Matt is a pleasure to work with - he helped identify exactly what I needed but not more for roofing, siding, and the gutters - and gave me instructions on how to make sure the roof stays in great condition as his team installed it and little to nothing needed to be repaired after 10 years. I love working with these folks. Professional, thorough and honest. I had them replace my entire roof a few years ago, which has a number of odd angles. Their attention to detail was amazing. And the quality of their materials are top notch. A large branch recently crashed into one of my skylights and the safety glass did its job. Plus, they were incredibly prompt in getting out here to repair it.
