We had an emergency plumbing situation late Sunday night with an outdoor faucet. We shut off the water to the house and started looking for a plumber in our area to come out Monday. I found Duncan Plumbing and after reading some good reviews we called them. They came out and and cut a hole by our toilet to access pipes, removed the broken faucet and pipe and replaced. Charge was $906.01. On invoice it stated they provided and installed an access panel cover which they didn't do. After talking to other plumbers who said this charge was excessive my Husband went up there to discuss. They gave us a $150 credit and said they would come install the access panel which all they did was drop it off and tell my husband how to do it. Panel is not even large enough to cover the hole they made. All in

We had a serious drain clog in our tub that was causing a backup. I called Duncan Plumbing. The price was fair and exactly as quoted. Our drain is working perfectly now. We highly recommend Duncan Plumbing for their excellent service! Thank you David & Adam!

Duncan Plumbing did an amazing job for us! We had a water heater that was on its last leg, and their team came out quickly, figured out the issue, and got a new unit installed the same day. The whole process was smooth, professional, and honestly way less stressful than I expected. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest, and really knew their stuff. It’s rare to find a company that shows up when they say they will and takes pride in doing the job right, but Duncan Plumbing absolutely delivered. Duncan plumbing is the best in town and the best in Duncan Plumbing is Jason Cassidy! He is awesome! We’ve used him twice now and not only did he help us with getting our water filter system set up but also fixed my garbage disposal and leak. That literally saved me from calling out an electrian! I called them to put a hose bib on my house. I didn't have time for it and I expected around $350, $50 bucks in parts, plus an hour or 2 of labor. Quoted me almost $1,000. I paid $89 for the call out fee and and said no thank you. I spent $80 on a parts cut the drywall myself to fit a in plastic piece, and the bib treaded on easy as pie. Took me 1 hour and change to do with the hardware shop and cleanup . That's $900 for 1 hour work plus the call out fee. Be careful and don't be afraid to get more quotes or check reasonable to rates.
