Duncan Stone

So very pleased. It was our first kitchen remodel using granite. We went to other stores but never got that good vibe. Here the front office took care of us like a valued customer. Answered our numerous questions and gave us samples to try. The pattern maker did a great job. We know because the tops fit perfect the first time. We like many homeowners changed the job. They didn't complain, they just took care of our needs. One back splash was a challenge and the installer took his time and made sure it was right. Very happy with results. Thank you!

From start to finish, they did a fabulous job. The ladies in the front office were knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a couple of things that needed some extra care and Ty was on it. Customer service was top notch!

Zero pride, zero work ethic. Another company paid to not do their job, must be nice. If you have any movement or a pattern in your stone, then I would not recommend this company. We had 3 slabs to use for our kitchen, they somehow forgot to use one of them, slab #8 is still in their parking lot. Our kitchen is a hodge podge mess of random colors and patterns, (see photo). The owner agreed that some pieces needed to be replaced, because it looked so bad. He offered to band aid the project be chopping up the 3rd slab to try and make things look better, I said no. We are now saving up money again, to have a professional company come rip this mess out and install new counters properly. If you use this company, I would not give them a deposit, that way they can just take their horrible workma

Very pleased with the guys at Duncan Stone. Great selection of granite. Jake & Joe showed up as scheduled, reasonably priced, great workmanship. LOVE my new leathered Titanium Gold countertop! Now time to pick out a backsplash!

I am correcting both my rating and review comments regarding the recent installation by Duncan Stone. I let them have it over what amounted to a minor issue, with a drain, when the counterwork they do is excellent. The owner contacted me by phone but is also coming over to verify any issues that I had have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Follow up means everything, and that has happened in my case. As this is the second time Duncan Stone has installed a top and sink my expectation was that everything would be perfect, and we're completely satisfied with the work/follow up. I let my attitude and an expectation of a perfect install cloud my opinion initially.
