I came here to buy a Stihl battery powered chainsaw and the entire experience was great. I called ahead and he had the saw ready for me when I arrived. They weren’t busy so he spent a bunch of time showing me features about the saw, registered the warranty, taught me how to sharpen the blade, and even gave me a free hat! This business is outstanding compared to another stihl dealer I visited earlier that day where the clerks barely acknowledged me. It’s worth the drive from Castleton. As a homeowner I felt like my business was highly valued. Thanks so much!

I’m incredibly thankful I found this shop. They provided excellent service and products for my chainsaw side business I’ve been working on and are always quick to be as helpful as they can. Additionally, when I bought my new chainsaw from them, I bought the wrong chain for the type of cutting I was going to be doing. Before I could realize I had the wrong chain, someone reached out and called me to let me know I needed to come in and swap for the correct chain.

As a beginner Phil was patient and a wealth of knowledge. If you want a great selection of equipment stay away from the big box stores and meet someone who you know knows 10000% more than you and can still be humble enough to lead you in the right direction. I bought an inexpensive climbing harness from Phil to do a job that I didn't have time/money to buy a nicer one. After that job he gave me the same amount towards the nicer one I wanted no questions. Best place to get gear and have equipment worked on thanks Dunleavy
