Dunn-Edwards Paints

I called to get more of the same paint that I picked out and my painter purchased to paint. I called as I needed more and the person who answered the phone acted as I if was speaking a foreign language. She obviously wasn't listening. I gave her a date and the name of the paint purchased by my painter and she said OK, we sell that paint, but also etc...I gave her the Name of it and date. I asked do you not keep a recond on a computer to look up the paint? She said we close in 3 minutes and it was 2:55 on Saturday. Then don't answer the phone. I hope when i call back I don't talk to her. I get it you want to go home. But then ask me to call back don't act like you have no idea what I am asking, it is very simple.

Store is much smaller when you walk it (than it looks from the outside). Thought there would be way more selection and brushes and other things... Regardless, I found the color I needed, got a sample from the gentleman that mixes the paint, he was nice and he works pretty fast. There was one older lady in the front helping a couple and never once even looked in our direction or any other customers way (she also sounded as if she was scolding the couple she was helping). I didn't know where to go or what the process was... So, I just asked the same guy who mixed my paints.

Super helpful staff. Color matching has been on point. Overall super satisfied with product quality and durability. Couldn’t be more pleased. My new paint store for life!

I went in to get a color match for my cabinets and they matched the color perfectly !! I’m so happy because I went to sherwin Williams and they couldn’t match the color.

Great place with long term employees. Knowledgeable, quality paints. They have a person to help you select colors too. If you ask they will save your colors in their database for future matching. THIS IS A HUGE WIN. They can color match too.
