Ryan and crew came out and gave us an estimate on grading and sodding the pool area that the pool company would not complete. We accepted his quote and he and his crew came out and did an amazing job! We added some things during the job and he gave a good price to do the extra work. He also gave us a military discount and thanked us for my service ! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fair and honest price. Even with inflation he took the time and made sure he could do the work for a reasonable price. Thank you Ryan for being honest and upfront.

Run don't walk away from this crook. Did not pay a supplier. Now I have a $10k lien on my property. Update: Mr. Dunn wants to make this a battle. Well let's go. First he obviously doesn't know much about his business the dispute was with Citibank not American Express and the amount was $16k not $19k. I made 2 payments to him on my card. 1 for $7k and 1 for $9k. I had to dispute both to cover the amount of liens on my property due to Mr. Dunn not paying his suppliers. In fact according to one of the suppliers he defrauded them by falsely using another persons account and he did it more than once. Finally the credit card company denied the charge back not that I was in error, but they stated it was a civil matter not a chargeback issue. But no worries there are civil avenues open

Doesn't pay subcontrators for services rendered. Then when you try to reach the jerk he doesn't even return calls or text. Goes to show what kind of person he is. I would stay clear of this company. I'm not the only person he has ripped off. Company's like this are what give us honest hard working people a bad rap. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Ryan did such an excellent job. He had to come behind my new home builder and correct and make my back yard an Oasis. I recommend him to make your home perfect.

Didn't complete work contracted and left us with unpaid subs and a huge mess. He has a list of bad reviews on facebook. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! HE IS ALIAR AND A CROOK
