Basically the operation is from a big warehouse. The shop front is only identifiable by a double solid blue door on the corner after passing an ope warehouse. The strength is the knowledge of the attendants and their willingness to walk you through a solution for your project. You may leave feeling like an expert yourself.

The house looks terrible. Inside they sell some unknown Chinese brands. And if you want to buy something they ask for all possible documents. It feels like you are buying a warship. I tried to buy this little part. They asked me for my EPA, then my credit card. And finally they said that when I arrive, I need a driver's license to pick up the order)

Stopped in to get some replacement pre-filters for Honeywell HVAC system. Part wasn't carried there, but they gave me the part # enabling me to order direct. Very helpful. I would select them again for any needs.
