Dunstan & Son Plumbing

I called Dunstan (mistake) to check low hot water pressure in the shower. They charged me for the following: They did not give me an exact determination of the problem. Unfortunately, they did turn on the water while the hoses were disconnected, this caused a whole in the ceiling. That was on 2/9 today shower ceiling finally being repaired. Still no determination on the hot water issue cause! Three days waiting on repairs to be completed so I can call a reputable company to check water issue. They came out and provided no results, damaged the ceiling taking three days to repair and bill me for the trip! Poor ethics in my opinion! Won’t use or refer them, that’s for sure! No accountability! They said accidents happen! (It’s how you respond when they do that matters) So does billing people

I just had the nicest young man, Jason, come and change out my electric hot water heater. He was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasure to have in my home and did a beautiful job replumbing and installing my new hot water heater. I am so happy with everything, even the price!! From now on, any plumbing problems I have, Dunstan & Son will be my plumber. Thank you very much once again, Jason and Dunstan & Son.

WATER HEATER: Jason (technician) was very polite and professional, arrived on time, wore a company shirt, had a clean and organized truck. These attributes are often reflective of the overall company. Quick and clean installation of a new electric water heater. Jason made a few modifications to improve the original installation and left site as clean as he found it. I come from a family of small construction businesses and I thought the price was fair. I will recommend them to friends.
