My well pump went out and I called planning to leave a message for the next day, The owner of Duntley Water Works answered my call. I told him what my water was doing and asked if they could get me in the next day. He said it was an easy fix for them and he was busy the next day he’d just come fix it. They were here within an hour and fixed it. I planned on going to my aunt and uncles house on way to work to shower, but didn’t have to. 10/10 would recommend them. I’m thankful there is still honest companies, knowledgeable about their craft and guys like the owner/operator of Duntley Water Works around.

Russ & Kyle were phenomenal. I interrupted their Sunday night with an emergency call and they showed up within 20 minutes. Replaced the well pump and tempted up our water for the night until they could come back with the large equipment. They were courteous and did their best not to tear up the lawn which we appreciate! True 5 star service, pricing was great considering their scope of work. I'd call or recommend them to anyone in need! Thank you, Russ & Kyle!!

I called Russ on a Saturday morning when my pressure tank wasn’t working. He answered and was at my house within the hour. He showed me what needed to be replaced and why, replaced it right away and charged a low rate for a weekend service call. Would recommend for any well related services.

Duntley Water Works was fantastic to work with! They came within an hour when our water stopped working completely, resolved the issue, while being very kind and helpful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them for anything having to do with wells!

Very friendly. Spoke to Russ today. Literally saved me thousands on a new well pump. They were honest and helped me fix my water without needing to actually get anyone here. They could have taken my money and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. Honest and professional and they won’t bullshit you about what you’re getting.
