Duo Care's service is exceptional. They make everything as easy as possible. Diane took my call and explained everything to me. She helped me decide which services to select and gave me a rundown of the costs, what to expect day of, and answered all of my questions. Day of, I got a text when Eric, my technician, was on the way. He showed up very promptly. Eric was spectacular. He was super friendly and even greeted my dogs. He was very thorough and we walked the entire house together explaining my needs. He did an excellent job on my furniture and carpets. Everything looks brand new! I couldn't recommend Duo Care and Diane/Eric enough! Don't even consider the competitors, Duo Care will provide top notch service.

Highly recommend this carpet cleaning company! From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. My carpets look amazing. You can tell they really take pride in their work. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

Upholstery and area rug cleaning from Duo Care. The technician Joe B was very thorough and customer focused! There were quite a few stains on both pieces and he got them out!

Meh for customer interaction. The day I went to pick up the rugs it was met with "when are you going to be here". Our eta was prior to them closing and we unfortunately got stuck behind an accident. Regardless, though my amazing navigation and skillful lane maneuvering, we got there right at 4:59pm. I got out of the car and saw the tech walking out of the door, I said hi, how are you as I was going to the office to pay them. His response was "trying to go home". It was such an entitled and abrasive means of interacting, I don't think in good conscious that I'd go here again. Things happen, and I was coming from literally an hour away (Livonia to Sterling Heights) in bad weather.
