I have used his services several times over the years for my rental properties, and although the systems vary from property to property, Zay completes the job in a timely manner with excellent results. Zay provides you 5 star service with very fair and reasonable fee.He is very knowledgeable ,nice and humble guy. I called him regarding my heating issue he managed to come just with in hour and fixed it with great explanation so if such issues arise agin in future I can fix myself. Zay did work for me on the installation of a 3-zone Fujitsu ductless mini split system. I had a unique situation where I sourced the equipment and was looking for someone to do the install. Most "big" name companies we uninterested in my business since they could not make money on the equipment itself. Other independent contractors were reluctant and/or difficult to communicate with when trying to explain my plan. From the start, Zay was phenomenal to work with. He showed up to quote the project within 2 days of me reaching out. Once here, he listened to my plan for how to layout the zones and route the line set. Prompt, professional service and reasonable prices. We had called about central air issue and Zay was able to come same day and take a look. We ultimately had central air and furnace replaced. We were communicated with for each step and he gave a great and clear explanation of our HVAC issues and process. 10/10 recommend.
