We decided to support local woman owned small business and loved that they have stellar reviews on google. However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refuse

Dura Flooring is the go to place for home or business carpet instalations!! We have used them for many years and have worked with Manuel to quote and install- they are terrific to work with and do amazing work. We just built a new studio and had Dura Flooring do the carpet installation. Francisco and Joaquin were excellent- professional, prompt, clean and did the job beyond expectations. I want to Thank Manuel De La Torre, it only took 2 days to remove carpet and install Vinyl Plank Norwegian Maple flooring and I’m pleased with how it turned out. Installers are professionals.

Three experienced installers moved furniture, remediated old underfloor, and installed luxury vinyl flooring which replaced old damaged carpet. Very efficient installation. Completed four rooms and a hallway in two days.
