We had a great experience with Duraguard from start to finish. Our initial contact was with Sergio, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of owning a metal roof and walked us through the costs involved in making this investment in our home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. During the installation, our project manager Joseph was excellent. He oversaw the contractors and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking the time to explain the installation process and answer any questions we had along the way. We are very happy with our new Duraguard metal roof and the overall quality of work and communication throughout the project. We would highly recommend Duraguard to anyone considering a metal roof for their home.

Throughout the whole process Dura Guard provided excellent service. Sergio who was my estimator and point of contact was cordial and professional. He also helped our neighbor with their new roof so were happy to be working with him.He came to our home several times to bring color samples and anything we needed. He is truly an asset! During the job I would receive updates with drone footage and pictures. They did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress and everything went smooth including permitting. I hired Dura Guard to install my new metal roof back in August. The sales manager Mike came to my home and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and made sure I knew every option available to me. I had several estimates and some of the companies just emailed me a quote without even coming to my home. This was a big investment for me so I wanted to make sure I chose the right company .
