Duraclean By Rock

I would never recommend them to anybody with travertine floors. There was very little extraction of dirt and grime. I asked for only a cleaning and instead the technician applied sealer all over the grout lines as well as the tile itself, leaving behind a white film. I expressed that I wanted the sealer removed and an alkaline stripper was applied and now I fear that my travertine has lost its color. Besides the white hazy film I also have scratches all over the tile now from his equipment. Sealer is even all over the bottom of our bathroom vanities. I thought we would have clean tile but now it is more of a headache. Can’t forget about the massive oil leak that stained my driveway!!

I was extremely satisfied with our tile and grout cleaning today. The grout color is the same throughout the room now. Our upholstery is still wet, but I’m sure I will be satisfied with it after it dries. I will definitely use Duraclean in the future.
