I now have 3 custom doors manufactured and installed by Durango doors in Austin, TX. All were to replace the sun and weather beaten doors that were original on the house. An extra tall arched double French entrance door, a double French great room door with large side lights and a double French master bedroom door. All metal all look great. The Baldwin hardware handles and locksets Durango uses is top notch, heavy duty. These doors are made to last longer than the house. Taylor was great to work with during the design stage and had a great installation team directed by Heather. However, we had a few minor install problems that Steve and his team took care of very professionally. Interior trim and finish work by Mynor was exactly what we were looking for. Great experience with Durango from start to finish. We showed them our vision and they delivered exactly what we asked for. The back end experience post move in has been seamless. Heather has been great to deal with and has done the extra mile to take care of all our needs. Given the statement this makes on our home top service makes us want to use them on our next build! Based on their good reviews I called Durango Doors and spoke to Heather in service and set a time to come out to asses our 10 year old custom steel door. Their Project Manager, Steve, came out and we decided on a game plan to upgrade the worn bottom sweep, oil the hinges, and replace the old weather strip. Steve is personable, has years of experience, and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. He even came out to oversee our job to ensure that everything that we talked about was addressed! The Durango Doors team not only met but exceeded my expectations from scheduling to completion of the job! They will now be my first call for future service or new installation of our doors or windows.

Durango Doors sold us and installed a new Entry Door & Transom Window and it turned out great! The office staff and Melvin & the installation crew were all excellent.
