DuraSash Windows

Durasash went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, not just quickly. 100% worth the wait. They’re experts, extremely professional and genuinely cared about my home and the final result. The quality of installation is outstanding and the windows and doors look incredible. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend them without hesitation.

Brad and his crew did a fantastic job of installing the windows! We ordered 9 new windows in early June and they arrived about the 3rd week of August. The county inspector said the workmanship was excellent! Great job Brad, thanks for selling us a quality product. We are very satisfied with our new windows! Thanks again.

Took my deposit money in June. Still no windows installed as of 12/28/25. Have not returned repeated calls for over 60 days. Mr. Moore did contact as indicated about possible Nov 10th delivery. However, he misstates as to further contacts and his lack of response. Indicated to himn around Dec 1st that wife's health would allow delivery and installation. He did not respond then and had not returned any calls or texts As Sept 10th was once a firm delivery date provided by him, I have no confidence in any offered delivery date. Despite requests he has failed to offer any documentation that windows were ever ordered from manufacturer. I believe in actions not words in regard to DuraSash.

Their work is incredibly good. However, communication is terrible. We signed a contract and gave them a down payment for installation back in March. We have had only one contact from them in 7 months. Multiple emails, texts and calls have not been returned. Edit 1/13/26: On 12/10/25 we finally received a message from Chelsea saying Brad would contact us on 12/12 with an exact date of installation. We have still not heard back from them despite more phone, email and text messages. We need the project complete by no later than February 1 to receive our My Safe Florida Home grant. I will be happy to revisit the review when the work is finally complete.

We used Durasash windows and doors for our recent installation of PGT windows and doors. PGT is a high quality product. We had 12 windows, one slider and one exterior fiberglass door with a built in window blind. The installation went smoothly and the guys were very nice and they always cleaned up after themselves. They do quality work!
