Such a disappointing and unprofessional experience. My contractor and I drove all the way out to pick up cabinets after being explicitly confirmed that our order was ready for pickup. When we arrived, we were told not only that the cabinets were not ready, but that they hadn’t even started our order. This wasted our time, gas, and disrupted our schedule. When I asked Melody Sui (the front desk staff who assisted with the order) why we were told it was ready and whether there would be any consideration or discount for the inconvenience, I was met with an extremely rude response. This is the second time I used this company. Angela is very knowledgeable and good at reading prints. I admire her patience for dealing with me and taking care of my clients as well. They were able to measure out everything and get this kitchen symmetrical for my very picky client. Even did a replacement on doors that showed up damaged. We Will continue to use this company the future. Highly recommend.

Angela is by far the best employee at this company. She goes way above and beyond her duties. Unfortunately, this review is not going to be for Angela, but for the company. If Durastone makes a mistake, please understand they will NOT fix it. They sent someone to come measure for countertops. Countertops came out great unfortunately there were gaps that should not have been there. So when we asked about this, the gentleman who I’m assuming is the owner or general manager told us we had to buy $75 filler. Not trying to make a big deal about it we pay the $75 for the filler and how to do it ourselves. Which I don’t believe after paying thousands of dollars we should have had to do that but whatever. If you pay someone to come measure before and the installers don’t match those measurements

Selling RTA cabinets for companies and individuals. They have great services and can plan and install for you as well. Also flooring and countertop services. Huge stock of cabinets available for immediate pickup. Mary was very helpful and my kitchen turned out great

Durastone Corporation did a fantastic job fixing my sink, installing Quartz countertops, and updating my cabinets. Big shoutout to Jorge, Armando, and Ruben for their awesome work! They were super professional, on time, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Durastone for any home improvement projects!
