We purchased a home in February 2015 from Duration Builders. Since 2018 our tile floors have been falling apart! The grout is crumbling, the tiles are about 70% lifted from the floors. Only my husband and myself lived in this home until we had a baby in 2019. 4bed/3bath. When it first started happening we contacted them and was told that there was not a warranty on the floors..... Now we are having them pulled up with new porcelain tile....$12, 000. Buyer beware!!! Tile floors should last longer than a couple of years.
