Durbin Heating & Cooling

This company is amazing! They answered my phone call on a Saturday during a snow storm when I had no heat! They were able to come out and fix the problem promptly, very friendly and reasonable cost. This will be the only heating/air company I use!

I'm going to try and be as short as possible, but there are too many good things to say about Durbin H&C! I have lived in my home for 12 years now and have always felt that my HVAC was not installed properly. Even during install (by a different company by the way) the tech person called another tech person to come over and help him. When I asked is there something wrong, he said "nope." So here is why I've always felt it wasn't working properly. During the winter when the heat pump goes into defrost mode the system blows ice-cold air out of the vent in the house. That's not good! The work the heat pump just did with warm air was immediately cancelled by the ice-cold air, so my heat pump ran constantly, and my bill was very high in the winter. They are excellent at what they do. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The guys that came out to install our new furnace and AC unit had a big job to do since they were removing a furnace that was 56 years old. They did a GREAT JOB. They were on time, explained everything about the new units, and cleaned up after the work was completed. The entire group from the office staff and all the other employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them for better than 30 years. I have had four homes now and they have been with me with all four. Brent Ryan Mark Charlie are all the best. In this 90° heat today my AC quit last night. Brent had someone here today fixed and the house is cool again. Better yet I had to leave While Ryan was here and thought I would make it back in time before he got finished but he finished with a quick fix, locked my House up and left me a note. I just think this goes above and beyond. I would recommend Durbin heating and air to any and everyone. Thank you guys see you in the fall for my normal Furnace maintenance and cleaning
