Al was fantastic! Communication and scheduling were quick and easy, he arrived on time, and got our carpets done faster than expected. He even offered to redo a room to make sure it was perfect. Al cleaned my carpets and waxed my floor when I moved into my new house. The previous owner had pets so he also did a pet treatment on the carpet. Upon special request he also coordinated to have my walls washed because I have allergies to pets. Al has great customer service, was very friendly, and overall was great to work with. Very fair pricing as well! I highly recommend!

He had me text over some pictures of my carpet, gave me a quote right over the phone, and the price was more than fair—especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. My carpet had a few stubborn pet stains I didn’t think would ever come out. When they were done, it looked brand new! The stains were gone, the whole house smelled fresh, and the results far exceeded my expectations. The service was fast, professional, and friendly.
