WOWWW!!! I’m ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by such an amazing group of people at Dustin’s Mechanical! During this unusually cold winter, my heating unit decided to throw in the towel and my BIGGEST concern was not getting scammed after speaking with an HVAC sales guy who was pushing his product on me before he even laid eyes on my unit!! But after reaching out to Dustin’s Mechanical and telling them my situation, they sent over a phenomenal young man by the name of Andrew who not only toiled on my system, but also trudged in the snow to investigate my outdoor unit, and would NOT stop until he had uncovered every clue to determine the problem and the best course of action to take for the solution. These guys are great and I love working with a family owned business. Two of their senior techs, John and Chris, did a water heater flush yesterday, great deal at only $55 with tax, they did a great job and are helping me get another year out of a 10 year old unit. They have done many different jobs for us over the past 10 years including adding cemtral air, duct cleaning and even a whole house surge protector, on our 103 year old house. Their expertise, experience and competence is unmatched by any other contractor i have used in the past. They also are genuinely so nice, which doesn't cost anything. We've used Dustins a few times and each time was great. The team is courteous and professional, they always put the booties in before coming into the home even though I say its not necessary. We had an older furnace that died and Dustin, not THE Dustin but the "other" Dustin came out same day to take a look. We were able to get scheduled the next business day to have a replacment installed first thing in the AM. Not having heat in a flurry of cold weather sucks so this was a bit of good news. Dustin gave us some options, no pressure at all, and explained what could be done. We had another quote the same day and they only gave us 1 option and that was it. Dustin and his crew are way above any other HVAC company I have ever dealt with during my 6 decades as a homeowner. First of all the company is HONEST which should go without saying, but important to note considering the state of the HVAC industry. They actually use engineering equations to calculate and correct duct sizing connections to furnace instead of just slapping in a new furnace as other companies do. The boss himself will come back at a 'moments notice' if needed as many times as needed, to make the project perfect. Amazing 2 workers chris and john. My rinnai water heater code 10. They both had to figure away to get into attic and because lennar such a horrible builder made access impossible. They both are so smart and were able to manipulate with some cutting to fix problem. Excellent duo. Please ask for them. They went above and beyond to make customer happy
