Dutch Touch Lawn Services & Dutch Touch Greenhouse

Bought a house in September 2023. Three hemlocks had been installed in July 2023 and were half dead in October. Reached out to Dutch touch who installed the 3 trees and they will not replace the plants because we aren’t the original purchaser. Most plants are covered for a year with landscape companies however, Dutch touch will not replace these plants because we did not buy them the seller purchased them. The seller and myself are both shaking our heads because this company will not cover their trees. I would not use this company and do not suggest anyone else does either.

I have used Dutch Touch for over 10 years, they have never let me down. I have used their creative services ranging from grading/grass planting at my former home to ensure a dry basement, new grading/grass & landscaping after a concrete install at my place of business in Waukesha, and latest in 2022, grinding stumps and planting two beautiful trees in the front yard of my new home. All are still in great shape, adding beauty and value to my current and former properties. They also have a greenhouse just northwest of Milwaukee that they can source planters, bushes, trees, and garden plants from; in 2021 and 2022 I had some custom planters designed and delivered that lasted from May-October. Every person who visited the house, including the Amazon delivery driver complemented us on them.

We contracted to install a small fence and gate. They did a good job on the fence however, the gate had several problems. The gate had dents on the inside of the door, and several missed drilled holes tipping the fasteners to go in crossways. Also, the gates latch assembly didn’t work without lifting the gate. I pointed out these problems, and I was told that they would replace the gate. Then things changed. They said that there were no gates anywhere and we’re not going to replace the gate. I called the West Bend Menards and they had a gate in stock. I called them back and left a message that I found a gate, and the gate happened to be in the same town that they live in .
