Absolutely amazing! Prior oil company said they couldn’t deliver oil for 5 weeks. Called Dutile today, gentleman said they’d deliver Friday. They delivered SAME day I called. So grateful for the amazing service. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t think there was old school nice people out there anymore.

Dutile & Sons just earned a customer for life. My wife and I were expecting a baby in about 4 weeks, when the second floor of our house had an overheating issue caused by the forced hot water baseboards. We bought this house 18 months ago, and haven't had our boiler serviced since then. We called around to the last company that serviced our house for the old owners, and we were told that since we don't have an account, we would have to purchase >$200 of oil from them before they would even consider coming to provide service. And not only that -- the oil would take two weeks to arrive. Instead, I called Dutile & Sons, and explained the situation. They said they'd come right by to help us out (and I gave them my word I'd buy oil from them the next time I was due). Sure enough, barely three

Kevin and the crew have been great. I've been having an intermittent furnace issue that was difficult to diagnose. Not owning a cell phone made it difficult when they needed to reach me on the service calls but Kevin has been very understanding and has addressed my needs with immediate attention. The furnace has been working great after the repair. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I’ve used Dutile ever since I moved back to Gilford 3 years ago, and they’re great. They generally deliver oil the same day I call, in the midst of winter too. Even better, the two times I’ve needed emergency service, they arrived within hours and took great care of my boiler, keeping my family (and my water pipes) warm and safe!

Had terrible customer service experience. 6 year customer, had to call multiple times to get a service call and then Was charged 100% for a thermostat over retail cost and was not told about any of their other options available . When I called to return it was given an extremely hard time without any offers for restitution until I told them I was canceling as a customer. When I visited the site to return the device and asked for a refund on my account was told I wouldn't get good customer service from anyone.
