Duval Fence did an installation at the residence next door to me and I am more than grateful as the people who live there are not so kind. The installers were working extremely hard especially due to inclement weather due to come in to the area. I briefly spoke with one employee (John) and he was so pleasant, courteous, and professional. The finished product looked beautiful and I think my family will get more joy out of the fence than the owner as I wont have to see them. Keep up the good work and congrats on having good employees- they really are the backbone to any successful company.

Our experience with Duval fence was good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. David, Sean and Pete-all super nice guys. Our installer (Sean) has worked for the company for 25 years and spoke highly of the owners. He also remembered installing our original fence over 15 years ago! Duval came in a little lower than the other estimates we got and they did a good job so, we’re pleased. UPDATE... **One year later...A lot of boards/nails popping out😕 Will give them a call.**

Customer service is outstanding! Although my needs were small in comparison to others, Josh never made me feel less important. He was very helpful and professional. I won’t hesitate to call Duval Fence again.

Some jobs do not go smoothly. This was one of them. My overall review of Duval Fence is 4 stars because they stood by the job until it was right. Josh and Richard provided a gate that was adjusted to perfection. Would everyone have liked it to have gone smoother? Yes, but it just doesn't always work out that way.

I had a horrible experience and the end result was not getting a fence installed by Duval Fence. I called shortly after hurricane Matthew to get a new fence installed on a home I recently purchased. I called spoke with the woman at the front desk and she said she would pass my information off to the necessary individual. A week and a half passed and I never got a call, I understand their busy but come on! I called back, after explaining I never got a call she finally got me in touch with someone to come out and give a quote. A week later I get a call that they would be late which was fine and that they would email me a quote the next day. Four days passed and I never got the quote so I called, the same woman answered and said she wasn't sure what happened and that she would get it sent to
