The service agent, Alva, arrived just 2 1/2 hours after I called the office. He solved our problem right away and took the time to check for any possible concerns….which he found. That prevented us having another issue in the near future. He was extremely personable and helpful. I had the same helpful attitude when I called the office. We may need help at another property and this will definitely be the only company I will call.

Door technician David "B" serviced my garage door assembly this morning. It was one of the best service visits I've had in a number of years (includes visits for appliances, roofs, etc.) His knowledge and explanation about why the breakdown occurred and how I can prevent it from happening again was great, and in terms I could easily understand. He fixed the problem quickly and then completed a thorough alignment check on the system, making sure it worked perfectly before leaving. Your company should be proud to have him on your repair team. They rewired and realigned my sensors on my faulty garage door opener, no inappropriate conversations, fair pricing, and even came prepared with a printed quote that I asked for to upgrade to a newer unit!
