Duvall / Drew did a great job on our plumbing emergency repair. Called them at 5:30pm and Drew was flat our house an hour later to fix a leak behind our interior wall. I found the leak and he fixed it. Great job all around!

After speaking with customer service to provide more details about my issue, the service technician contacted me with an estimate and scope of work. The technician arrived at my house within 15 minutes and completed the work in 30-45 minutes. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Chase was a very polite and knowledgeable representative of Duvall plumbing. Advised me prior to working on my self induced problem, what he would be doing and how much it should cost. Explained everything very well. Great job Chase!

Duvall came out the same day that I called them about a leak. Very professional, neat and knowledgeable Chase knew what it was going to take to fix it, including cutting into my sheet rock wall He made sure I understood the problem, the solution and the cost. He planned the plan and then worked the plan. I am a very happy customer. Now if their HVAC guys are as good.......

5 Stars just doesn’t do justice. This company is truly LEGIT, and the simple actions of their responsiveness and communication within a couple hours today has earned them my business forever. Very impressed, and not used to this level of customer service. I’m glad to see some companies out there are still doing it right, the old fashioned way.
