Darian was not only professional he was extremely humble and our experience with him felt like we've known him forever even though this was our first time meeting him. My brother recommended him since Darian had completed some work on his garage door that he was very happy with. Our wheel came off the track and we tried so hard to get it back on. I have no idea how that happened! I do know, that the garage door has been wiggling and kind of louder than I think it should be when engaged and has been happening now for 3 years. Now, it's smooth, stable and extremely quiet when engaged. Darian changed out ALL the hardware on the garage door. He had already started his work when I showed him a gap where debris was blowing in. He was prompt, professional, and did a thorough job fixing the issue. No additional problems were found, which gave us confidence that the work was honest and straightforward. It was a pleasure and blessing to meet Darian. He’s very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He found the reason why our garage opener was not working within minutes of inspecting our garage opener. It was a simple loose wire and we were quoted by another company to have the opener replaced. He was so reasonable and said to just buy him lunch. Not only is Darian a master of his trade, he is a man with integrity.

‘Twas the afternoon before Christmas and all through the house nothing stirred, until I went to open the garage door, and kaboom the spring broke and back down went the door. I called DW in a panic and 2 hours later they arrived. As promised, in thirty minutes the door was fixed. Thank you DW!

Great price and service. Darian quoted the work on Monday and completed the job on Wednesday of same week. Super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend. I asked Darian to raise up my garage doors so the hugged the ceiling when they open. I needed this extra height clearance due to my car hobby. After he was done, looked like my garage had gotten so much larger! The side mounted wall openers were the cherry on top! Thanks again!
