I cannot say enough about Dwyer Services, amazing technicians, I wish I could give 10 Stars! My story started Friday, Jan 30th. Got home to no heat at 1:30pm, I Googled Plumbing & Heating near me and found and called Dwyer Services. They said they could send a tech out and kept me informed by text. Anthony J. came out 3:30pm and evaluated my 32 yr old furnace, he was very honest with me and told me the bad news I would probably need a new system. He put a call out and another tech Anthony McBride which was within 10 minutes of my house to come give me my options. Anthony came evaluated my setup and gave me options and pricing on the spot. Had Mike Jr out to see if my kitchen faucet could be tightened, it was never instead correctly. After trying to repair it, we realized I needed a new one. I ordered a Moen and when it came I called Dwyer back to install it. I requested Mike come back. He is such a nice, professional and diligent young man. Faucet was installed beautifully in no time at all. I had previously had Dwyer come out for my thermostat, also done professionally. Great folks to work with. Excellent service.

My husband and I recently worked with Dwyer Services regarding a plumbing project that originated with NJ Pipe Doctor at our home. While the situation itself was complicated, we want to recognize the way Dwyer ultimately handled it. It can be hard these days to find companies you truly feel you can trust. Our Central Air was 34 years old and our furnace was 18 years old, after getting quotes from others, we found Dwyer to have the best price and best financing options. Michelle was very quick in sending me the form for the financing and she was pleasure to deal with on the phone. Eric came to the house to give us a quote and then the next day, he was great with answering my questions and scheduling our appointment. Brian and Joe came the day after, to do the installation. I needed A few electrical outlets replaced, and I had a repair person come out that afternoon to give me an estimate and actually complete the work all in the same day! Very professional, courteous and detailed in what work needed to be done. I recommend them highly.
