Please beware of this company. The sales guy Micheal was nice and didn't have any real issue there. Their work was decent they did have to come back a fix some wiring that wasn't done correctly. Definitely double check their work. Although the real issue starts when they damaged a piece of my driveway which could have been avoided. When the issue arose a gentleman named Ted Dyer started threatening me over the phone. I really wanted to give these guys a higher star rating knowing how long one has to wait these days with out water because of the back log of jobs. I just feel I cannot with the unprofessional approach this company took. If they would have laid some plywood down it all could have been avoided. However they rather stick to their policy of "they are not responsible for damages"

This truck was full of loose rocks all over the bed of his trailer. I called the company while a huge rock hit my windshield and the truck was driving at a higher speed posted and cracked it. I have yet to receive a call back. Looking at the companies reviews I can see why they're an untrusted sketchy company. I am now getting my attorney and insurance involved. I was told I would get a call back right away and still no word. That worker for your company was blaring rap so loud in a company vehicle. Super unprofessional

Warning to anyone considering Dyco Water Services in Sarasota! We hired Dyco Water Services to install a well at our new home, with clear written assurances that the system would support both household water needs and our irrigation system. After moving in, we discovered that every time we run the sprinklers, the water pressure inside the house drops to almost nothing, and the sprinklers surge rather than maintaining a steady flow. When we called Dyco to figure out what was going on, we weren’t accusing anyone — just asking reasonable questions — but their technician became immediately defensive, refused to look at the emails we provided, and told us they were never coming back. This was honestly one of the strangest and most unprofessional customer service experiences we’ve ever had. W

Great quality, reliable and fast. I had a pump installed by Dyco about 3-4 years ago. It worked with 0 problem until today. Suddenly it started to have some minor problems. Gave a call to Dyco. They came to check it in the same day (after 2 hours of my call). I am so happy with their service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable company.

My home's well failed over Easter weekend. I called a dozen companies and the first one to show up at my house Saturday afternoon was DYCO. Ted confirmed the worst, my well wasn't going to be resurrected. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to get a new well in place in a reasonable time so we were not without water for an extended period of time (some companies were telling me 3 to 4 months!). The work quality is superior and the folks that came to the house were respectful and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend DYCO to anyone needing well work. Thank you Brandon and Ted!
