DYER GLASS AND MIRROR INC.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend Dyers custom framed shower doors. This door was installed in our new construction home built in 2019. Since moving in the shower door has been constantly full of mold. The shower door was squeegeed and dried after each use. The caulking (which was mold resistant)around the frame had to be changed every few months since it continuously accumulated mold. The frame was collecting water on the inside and was molding from the inside out. We had the shower replaced with another local company and once the door was removed, we were able to see the mold that had accumulated in the door (as seen in photo). When I attempted to talk with Dyer about the problem, they said that I needed to run the fan in the bathroom while using the shower. This obviously did not solve

Awesome front desk. Awesome dudes in the back. They helped me secure an oversize mirror in a vehicle that wasn't, at that moment, equipped to transport it. Ordered and paid over the phone. Cut the same day. Free with advice, a helping hand, and they even threw in a few clips. I look forward to doing more business with them.

I recently purchased mirrors for our home on 3 different occasions. Each time I found Dyer Glass to be very friendly throughout the process, they were quick to complete my purchase and made the whole process very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dyer Glass & Mirror in every respect!

I should have waited until my glass was installed to write the review. Had two glass panels installed in a large, sliding glass door in back of my house. The glass has a wavy appearance, which gives it an unsettling visual distortion when viewed from all angles but straight on. The techs also screwed up my brand new roller assemblies and lazily installed the trim gasket. Disappointed.

Had a 21x33 window replaced by Dyer Glass 12 years ago. This is a non-opening decorative window - that is shaded by an eve and faces north - no sun. Well, now the window has moisture in between the panes - which is due to a seal break. I spoke to Dyer, and they do not stand behind their product, and said it is out of warranty. I have spoken to other window companies which are giving me replacement estimates, and they have said that this window should have lasted much longer. I would not ever do business with Dyer Glass - they do not stand behind their product.
