While I would prefer to write a positive review about Kent Construction, I can’t if I am being honest about our experience. Zack was initially very informative and responsive, but he never was able to give us a definite answer and there was a lot of back and forth, leaving us feeling lead astray. We had concrete poured and had an acrylic overlay on our back patio. Less than a month after the project was completed, the concrete began cracking and chipping everywhere. When we contacted Zack he stated “nothing can be done. We put as few relief cuts as we felt comfortable and there is always a risk that you could use more”. I received a really good customer service. My kitchen was done in the time that they told me and it was very professional their job. I greatly recommend them for they well done job .
