Dynamic Air Heating and Cooling

Would not recommend. We had a new HVAC unit installed on November 1st of this year. I was hesitant to use Les, but a couple of neighbors said they’d had no issues, so we moved forward. During the installation, the person working with him mentioned—near the end of the job—that Les would likely be leaving his business, Dynamic Air, to work for another company. This was frustrating, since our one-year labor warranty is supposed to be through Les and Dynamic Air. When I asked Les about this, he said he wasn’t sure what he was doing yet, but assured me that if we had any issues, we could call or text him and he would take care of us. I have a mini split system and it gave out almost 2 months ago. Luckily (or maybe not) i have home insurance which reached out to Dynamic air and they quickly scheduled me in to come and assess the problem. However, I've been calling the company multiple times a week for 3 weeks now asking for an update and I have not heard back. I have left 3 voicemails and then was not able to anymore because their voicemail box was full but then emptied a few days later. Still no update. I have emailed the company. No answer. I understand being short staffed and that things move slower these days but respect for the customers time and money can still be respected. I don't believe that asking for an update is asking for too much. I will continue to update with this experience.

My mom's A/C unit failed in early June, at the beginning of the heat wave. Dynamic promptly responded to my mom's house and quickly assessed the problem. We were told they would order parts and get back to us. Then...nothing. Dynamic was never seen again. Calls were not returned, and finally their voice mail was so full, it wouldn't accept further calls. After three weeks, we finally called another service who told us ours was the sixth such story they'd heard that day about Dynamic. In my opinion, their performance in our case was a train wreck.

Les is a solid guy! Our upstairs AC was super old and died. He came over and gave us detailed quotes on what we would need which included different job options at different prices. His numbers were much more reasonable compared to other quotes we'd gotten for the same job. Once we decided, he came within a few days and was finished within one day. He left without a single piece of trash around and upstairs now feels great for our new born! If you need AC or heating, Les is the guy to go to!

I had the blower unit for my heat pump go out. I called Dynamic Air and Les immediately came out and analyzed and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. Pleasant guy and reasonably priced. I look forward to working with him again if any air-conditioning issue arise again.
