Dynamic Construction MI

We chose Dynamic Construction for our pole barn based on a strong recommendation from someone who had a great experience with them. The recommendation was so solid that I didn’t even bother getting other quotes—something I rarely do. And I am extremely happy that we made that decision. From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was incredibly responsive and available throughout the planning and construction process. The craftsmanship was outstanding—truly top-notch. Toby and Debbie gave me a great price on my new roof. His team tore off and replaced my roof and new gutters all in one day. I had wanted a pole barn for a while now, I had an idea of what I wanted, I just wasn’t sure where to start. I saw some Dynamic Construction signs around the county and decided to give them a call. Larry and his team were great! He was patient with me while we worked through the details. It took several drafts to find us the perfect barn to fit my needs and budget. Where I think Dynamic stands out from other contractors is through excellent communication and punctuality. Larry kept me updated each step of the way and when he gave a time he or his team would be doing a task they were always early. I am very happy with the finished product. I just wish I could give more than five stars! I highly recommend contacting Dynamic if you are wanting a pole barn!

The experience of finally building my pole barn was excellent with Dynamic Construction. I put it off for years but from the first quote/planning to completion it went quite smoothly. I am thrilled with not being nickel and dined for little things, for the site clean up they do after the barn is done, and for the overall value I received from Larry and his team. He, Josh, the build crew, and the concrete crew were fabulous to work with. Larry provided a start to finish project. Something I needed. I will also give a shout out to Kevin and his team at Earth Works out of Carelton. The barn demo, site prep, and gravel driveway install was excellent. Larry had them involved immediately as part of the quoting process. Something i needed since I needed an old wood barn removed first.

Dynamic built a great pole barn for us! The barn went up fast once the weather broke in the spring. The workers were very polite and efficient. The color recommendations by Larry were spot on. The price on the construction was very reasonable when compared to other builders in the area. I would recommend Dynamic to anyone that is looking to get a construction project done.
