DSS was great to hire to pump out a 1500 gallon tank and clean two filters. Everything was explained before and after the job which was done quickly on a day of my choice. No corners were cut and no run around like I've gotten with other companies. Just honest work and prices. It gave me peace of mind that I got what I paid for -- something I've never gotten from any other septic company in the area here over the years.

I'm a little surprised after reading the 4.8 and 5 star reviews that I cannot say the same. I didn't even have the experience of getting service from them. I called back in the beginning of October and after many messages and text messages have been ignored and not given an appointment to pump our septic. Now almost 2 months later I gave up and called a another company and got an appointment for the next day no problem. I spoke to both Daniel and his mother several times and they never could get me a date and even though being friendly, totally ignored getting back to me. Hope you have better luck than me.
