Monday Day 1 I called Dynasty Roofing Concepts. I reached the owner, Antonio Young, on the first try. Antonio listened carefully to my urgent situation and answered every question. (Insurance was cancelling my policy for having an old roof) Antonio was patient and informative. Tuesday Day 2 Antonio came out immediately, gave a quote the same day, and I signed the contract that night. Wednesday Day 3 Antonio obtained permit approval with the city. He came to my home personally that evening to explain the contract and have me choose the materials. Thursday Day 4 the materials were ordered. Monday Day 8 materials were delivered.
