We have had Chris come out to our house twice now. He is always professional and does quality work. The first visit was several years ago to replace a garage door. He was out recently to replace a broken spring. The price is always reasonable and I have a lot confidence in the work completed. He also always shows up when he says or earlier.

I had a new Clopay door installed 2 years ago by Chris on new house built up in Lake Erie. I noticed about a month later that most of the door panels were damaged. My first thought was that construction crew must have hit the door. As I looked closer the crease in the panel were in the exact same place on 4 of the 5 panels which meant they were at ground level up to eye level and the creases stopped exactly at the top edge of the panel without damaging the top edge of the panel. Not possible to be a random truck strike. I called Chris and sent detailed pics. Of course he said he would check on it and of course he did not show. Now door is starting to fracture because it cannot support its weight when open.True character shines when no one is looking

Chris installed my garage door about 3 years ago in twenty degree weather. He does great work at a fair price. Ignore the one negative review, they obviously didn't deal with the guy I hired.

Very nice gentleman. I called on a Friday early evening not expecting to get an answer that day. Called back within 20 mins and said he would show up in 30 mins. Replaced the springs and even lubed up the roller and hinges. Awesome service and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

We needed an urgent garage door repair, on a Saturday morning! We called EB& Sales. Chris came out within an hour and fixed our garage door. He is very trustworthy and he did a great job. We highly recommend HB&S Sales.
