Excellent customer service and support. They went well above and beyond any reasonable expectations to resolve cosmetic (finish) issues with basement well grates we had purchased from them several years ago.

Very poor customer service after order was placed. Not at all responsive to customer needs or requests. No response to over half a dozen emails of the same request and completely ignored customer when told needs were immediate. Conversations on the phone were curt and dismissive. Made representations/promises that were not followed through. Could not possibly recommend this company any less. Do not use them.

Called order in and picked up 30 mins later, great and polite customer service!
