Update: Eden, the owner, personally apologized for the mistake and offered a 50% discount on the job. They promptly came to fix the broken duct and did an amazing job. Everything is clean, and they even sanitized the ducts afterward. I highly recommend them. _______________________ I hired to inspect the air ducts in my home on October 28th 6Pm. After they left, I discovered that one of my main air ducts had been broken during the inspection. Before their visit, my heating system worked properly, and when I opened the vent I could clearly see the duct. After their inspection, I noticed that the duct was completely disconnected, and I can now see directly into the crawl space. Since then, the house has not been heating properly, and air from the crawl space is being pulled into the syst

E Cleaning Duct and Vent Cleaning did a fantastic job with both our dryer vent and our HVAC ducts/air vents. They showed up early, were professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. The whole job was finished in under two hours. Great service, fair pricing, and an overall smooth experience. I’d definitely use them again.

I had responded to an ad on Facebook for a chimney cleaning by E Cleaning and within 3 seconds had 10 callers wanting to book an appointment, so I did. The woman on the phone said they run around $199. Dave came out and told me the cleaning would be $800 and that I needed other repairs for a total of $1800. Since I paid $200 last year I said no thanks and called a place in Downingtown that did the job for $250. While I appreciated that the estimate was free, I continue to get hounded with phone calls for a free estimate even after I told them to take me off the list. I am a bit surprised by their high rating.

I was quoted a price of $129. I live in a small 1,100 square foot condo. I took the day off from work and waited for them to arrive. When no one showed up I contacted the company. They said there was a problem with the dispatcher and they would have to reschedule for the next day And offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience . I was fine with that as things happen in life. However, when they arrived they charged me $300. It took all of twenty minutes to clear the vent. The person who came out was very nice, my issue is not with him but with the company for deceptive pricing. $300 for that small job is way out of the norm as I have had neighbors pay between $99-$130 for the same service.

Amaro was professional, courteous and friendly. He did an excellent job deep cleaning our air ducts (not done in a while) and our dryer vent (evidence of something nesting). Because we have allergies we opted for the sanitizer treatment. Also to prevent further nesting in dryer vent Amaro installed a grate. Amaro was quick and efficient. I would recommend them for their service.
