I had a few plumbers come out who used scare tactics, kept returning to "reassess" the same issues and tried to pressure me into signing contracts and waivers-it was frustrating and made an already stressful situation worse. Then, this company was highly recommended by a friend of a friend who works in the industry. Eric came over to look at the issues I was having, asked some thoughtful questions, provided solutions, and gave me an honest assessment. He provided a detailed quote for the work (something none of the others did) and had his crew here as soon as he could. We recently hired Eric and his team to replace our ancient heating system. I have nothing but positive words to describe our experience. First off, we had gotten quotes from 5 different companies, just ensure we made an educated decision. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would to take a first look. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He submitted back an estimate the same day. His price was competitive with the others. However, he was the only company that continued to follow up. He checked back frequently, to see where we were at with our process. We had a new indirect hot water heater installed on our existing boiler. The tech was great in understanding where the unit could be placed and routed the pipes to be out of the way. We also had the gas line to the boiler rerouted to clean up the space. A faint odor of gas lingered afterward and they came right back and found a leak on an existing union and fixed that no questions asked. Highly recommend working with Eric and his team.
