Guillermo Lacasa arrived around 4:45 today, Saturday to address an emergency water leak. My main water line source from well broke off one foot from the water pump in my basement gushing water for 10 minutes before being switched off at circuit breaker! By the time he arrived water had been shop vacd up and was drying out via dehumidifier. Since ‘break’ was a 3/4” PVC pipe connected to a metal/brass fitting at pump, it sheared off cleanly with PVC threading still in metal piece. It took him awhile, close to one hour, to literally burn it out by melting/softening and pulling. It finally broke loose and Guillermo took no time at that point to make Pex connections and rethread fittings. He was cordial and professional throughout his work, explaining his process and procedures along the way. O

He has been here twice so far & Ian IS a professional! He is very polite, educated & quick to work! I would highly recommend ! No mess! No stress! I needed my children’s toilet unclogged and ready to go and he identified the problem and fixed it fast, but diligent! I wouldn’t call anyone else! Price and service is everything here! I don’t have any new photos, but here is my second review added to my first! God Bless! By the way, they offer a lot of services that I did not put on here. Call to check! It will all be worth it!

First time using this company. My usual HVAC company couldn’t be as responsive as E Dennis. Austin was great! He was professional, courteous, and personable. He was very thorough in double checking to make sure my issue was fixed. He even saw another issue and guided me through that solve as well. Will be considering them for future business.

So I call them out only cuz my name was dennis too so I thought I'll give them a shot working on my furnace so the heat wasn't working so he got that fix no problem put my Exhaust pipe didn't look like that at first and any one knows like dnt use Foil tape on nothing get That type of heat on a Exhaust pipe but it seem like he wasn't The experience not his fault I blame the company for sending him back out again And he struggled with the pipe stayed there for hours and told me After he called his manager, he said he done his best 🤦🏾‍♂️ , which I can understand not properly trained But as a payin customer, I didn't complain about the price I paid it.anyway but I will never call them again nor Refer anyone

James came out and installed my new toilet. He was on time and cleaned everything when he finished. He exceeded expectations and even helped me by bringing my groceries in! Fantastic service, fantastic technician! Highly recommend
