E & E Inspect

Eric completed our home inspection. He was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely thorough and comprehensive. We were impressed by his depth of knowledge and his ability to explain all concerns on a simple, as well as complex manner. He showed up early and stayed later than our stated time. Our inspection report was easy to read and comprehensive. We couldn't have asked for a kinder individual to work with as well. Eric clearly loves what he does. Would HIGHLY recommend 100/100 times!!

Spending a few hours with Eric was money well spent. At first I was under the impression that a waived inspection in "this market" was something that you had to do in order to get the house you really want. I am eating my words now after how thorough Eric was in looking over my future home. Eric did find a significant issue I just would not have found as it was in an attic and not easily seen. I write this review on the day of my inspection and im glad I hired Eric. The confidence I have now is far more than I had a week ago when I first toured my future property. Will recommend to anyone in the Montgomery co area.

My partner and I are in the process of purchasing our home and chose E&E Inspect to complete our home inspection. I cannot say enough good things about Eric. He was very thorough, he took his time to explain everything and offer solutions. The report was provided the same day of the inspection and was incredibly detailed including certain cost projections and plenty of photos. Eric is LGBTQ-Friendly! He made my partner and I feel very comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend E&E Inspection.

As a first-time home buyer, Eric made the inspection process seamless for us. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond in so many ways and answered all of my questions (I had a lot!). We were so nervous about the process, but he put us at ease and I feel like we truly received an honest report. Highly recommend them!

Eric inspected our home before buying. He came off as great and the process seemed really easy with him. However, several years into home ownership he missed several major issues with the house and in retrospect it feels as if he was misleading to first time home buyers. Stay far, far away from this home inspection company. All issues were immediately apparent to other contractors. Do not use.
